How long does my order take to ship?

Available Babies -

Available Babies will be shipped within 2-3 Business days of your order date. You will receive an email with the tracking information and the delivery estimate.

Custom Babies- When Accepted-

Custom Babies orders may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Every baby is hand-painted and hand-rooted with lots of love and care. Processing times also depend on the number of orders ahead of you, as well as the time of year, such as holidays. we cannot guarantee a specific date, but rather a deadline. You will receive an email once we start making your baby. Once your baby is complete, we will send you photos for approval. Once approved, your baby will then be shipped to you, and you will receive a tracking number along with the estimated delivery date.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please make sure you choose international shipping at checkout to ensure your order will be shipped and not canceled. We are not responsible for any international duty taxes & fees.

What is your return policy? 

Reborn Baby Dolls-

We accept returns on reborn baby dolls. These orders must be returned within 2 days of arrival. Any returned orders must be in their original packaging and new condition. We are not responsible for the return shipping label. Custom order deposits are not refundable and can not be transferred to a different custom doll. If you have buyer’s remorse after placing a deposit for a custom order, you will lose your deposit.

Silicone Baby Dolls-

Silicone Baby dolls go through an extensive process when making every one of them. They are very delicate, handmade, one-of-a-kind baby dolls. For these reasons, we do not offer refunds or returns. We take as many pictures as possible to show every detail of the baby. Please review all the pictures and read all the details before making a purchase. All silicone baby doll sales are final. Custom order deposits are not refundable and can not be transferred to a different custom doll. If you have buyer’s remorse after placing a deposit for a custom order, you will lose your deposit.
