How can I order a Custom Baby Doll?

All Baby Dolls listed as (Available for Custom Orders ) are available to purchase as a Custom Order. You can go ahead and buy the baby doll for customization. When checking out, you will fill out a form to customize your Custom baby. The form will include many options for you to choose from for your custom baby.

What is the difference between Custom Orders Only, Available, and Limited Edition?

All Baby Dolls listed as (purchase now) are already finished baby dolls in stock and available to ship in 2-3 days.

All Baby Dolls listed as ( Available for Custom Orders) are available to purchase as a Custom Order.

All Baby Dolls listed as (Limited Edition) are available for a limited time until sold out. Once sold out, a Limited Edition baby doll may not be available for customization.

Do you accept layaway payment plans?

Yes. We accept layaway payment plans for baby dolls valued at $500.00 or more. If you would like a layaway payment plan, there is a nonrefundable or transferable deposit of $200.00. You can choose weekly, biweekly, or monthly payments depending on the doll’s value. You can also use one of the payment plan options, buy now, pay later, at checkout. If you would like to start a layaway payment plan, you can contact us with the baby doll you would like to purchase. We will then send you an invoice for the deposit and arrange for the payments.

How long will it take to finish my custom order?

Custom Babies orders may take anywhere from 4-6 weeks. Meaning your baby could be finished within or by the end of this time frame. Every baby is hand-painted and hand-rooted with lots of love and care. Processing times also depend on the number of orders ahead of you, as well as the time of year, such as holidays. we cannot guarantee a specific date, but rather a deadline. You will receive an email once we start making your baby. Once your baby is complete, you will receive another email to inform you that your baby is completed and ready to ship. We will send you photos for approval. Once approved, your baby will then be shipped to you, and you will receive a tracking number along with the estimated delivery date.
